Spaghetti Madness!

Baked spaghetti squash with organic tomato sauce makes for a great warm dinner on a cool fall evening. Until recently I had never tried spaghetti squash before and it is actually quite good!

The thing you have to be careful with is the sauce. Many sauces contain a ton of added sugars and fats. We found an organic pure tomato sauce that has minimal added to it. It’s almost a puree but it makes for a nice base to add your own seasoning in. For this sauce we used some onion, a small bit of garlic, basil, italian seasoning, and some pepper. Came out great!
